By clicking "I Agree" or by renting the jewelry described in the online rental listing (the "Jewelry") from Divaz Vault ("Owner"), you ("Renter") acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Rental Period: You agree to rent the Jewelry for the duration specified in the online rental listing ("Rental Period").
Rental Fee: You agree to pay the rental fee specified in the online rental listing ("Rental Fee") prior to the commencement of the Rental Period.
Security Deposit: You authorize Owner to charge your credit card for the full value of the Jewelry as a security deposit ("Security Deposit") prior to the commencement of the Rental Period. If you return the Jewelry in the same condition as when it was rented, normal wear and tear expected, the Security Deposit will be refunded to your credit card within 3 days following the end of the Rental Period.
Care and Maintenance: You agree to take proper care of the Jewelry during the Rental Period. You will not make any alterations, modifications, or repairs to the Jewelry without the prior written consent of Owner. Any damages or loss to the Jewelry will be your sole responsibility.
Return of Jewelry: You agree to return the Jewelry to Owner on or before the end of the Rental Period. If you fail to return the Jewelry by the end of the Rental Period, you authorize Owner to charge your credit card a late fee of $20 per day until the Jewelry is returned in full.
Allergic Reactions: You understand and acknowledge that the Owner is not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur from wearing the costume jewelry.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia , without regard to its conflict of law principles.
