G rowing up as a navy brat in India, I had a diverse and dynamic childhood, moving from city to city due to my father's naval assignments. These relocations exposed me to different cultures, landscapes, and experiences, fostering adaptability and resilience—the naval lifestyle instilled values of discipline, respect, and a strong work ethic. Unfortunately, I faced the loss of my father at a young age, but my incredible mother, who raised three children single-handedly, became my guiding force. Her unwavering strength and sacrifices gave us the best opportunities and inspired me to overcome challenges.

With a background in computer application and a career in the software industry, I worked for an international organization for 25 years. This experience allowed me to work with diverse individuals from various countries, deepening my understanding of global cultures and shaping my professional skills. The exposure to different perspectives, traditions, and ways of life significantly influenced and shaped my personality.

Interacting with people from diverse cultures broadened my horizons and fostered a deep appreciation for diversity. It taught me the importance of empathy, open-mindedness, and the power of embracing different perspectives. These experiences allowed me to develop strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to adapt to various situations.

Furthermore, my journey into entrepreneurship in the jewelry rental business is fueled by a commitment to a sustainable economy. We can share resources and reduce waste by embracing a shared economy model. Instead of owning numerous jewelry pieces that may be worn infrequently, our platform allows individuals to access a wide variety of jewelry, promoting conscious consumption and minimizing the environmental impact of excessive production and consumption.

Combining my passion for jewelry, the lessons learned from diverse cultures, and a commitment to sustainability, I am dedicated to providing women with access to beautiful jewelry without the burden of ownership. Through a shared economy approach, we can contribute to a more sustainable future, where 0resources are utilized efficiently, waste is minimized, and individuals can express their unique style and enhance their beauty without compromising the well-being of our planet.

As I embark on this entrepreneurial journey, I am grateful for the experiences that have shaped my personal growth and prepared me to navigate the complexities of building a business rooted in diversity, empathy, and sustainability. I look forward to empowering individuals, celebrating the cultural richness, and positively impacting our world through my jewelry rental business.
